The group of inventions relates to medical technology, and more particularly to massage devices for personal use. The essence of the invention is a massage device which is capable of simultaneously providing clitoral stimulation and reciprocating vaginal stimulation, with a stroke length comparable to the length of the vagina. The aim of the invention is achieved by means of a device with a first and a second elongate element, which are connected to one another by their first ends, wherein the connection therebetween is adapted for insertion in the vagina, and wherein the second elongate element bends curvilinearly away from the first elongate element and is capable of resiliently unbending along the first elongate element as the two elements are jointly inserted in the vagina. A clitoral stimulation element is connected to the second end of the second elongate element, is situated in proximity to the connection between the elongate elements and is likewise capable of resilient displacement along the first elongate element.
