The invention relates to the field of medicine and molecular biology and may be used for long-lasting therapy of prostate cancer with adjuvant effect using SANPs-theranostics (SANPs – self assembled nano particles). A composition of self assembled nanoparticles comprising: a) a ligand of conjugation binding to membrane antigen of prostate (PSMA)； b) a ligand of conjugation binding to integrin αvβ3, c) a biologically active agent； and d) nanoparticles.L'invention concerne le domaine de la médecine et de la biologie moléculaire et peut être utilisée pour une thérapie durable du cancer de la prostate avec un effet adjuvant à l'aide de SANP-théragnostiques (nanoparticules auto-assemblées SANP).
