A method of producing a vaccine for a cancer and/or tumor and stage of interest is disclosed. The method includes identifying a first population of peptides that are immunoreactive with a set of biological samples obtained from a set of test subjects that have been identified as having the cancer and/or tumor of interest, and preparing a cancer vaccine composition for the cancer of interest, wherein the cancer vaccine composition comprises a second population of peptides comprising one or more peptides in the first population or a nucleic acid sequence encoding the one or more peptides, thereby producing the vaccine for the cancer and/or tumor of interest. Also disclosed are vaccine compositions and methods of use thereof.L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un vaccin contre un cancer et/ou une tumeur et un stade d'intérêt. Le procédé comprend l'identification d'une première population de peptides qui sont immunoréactifs avec un ensemble d'échantillons biologiques obtenus à partir d'un ensemble de sujets d'essai qui ont été identifiés comme ayant le cancer et/ou la tumeur d'intérêt, et la préparation d'une composition de vaccin contre le cancer pour le cancer d'intérêt, la composition de vaccin contre le cancer comprenant une seconde population de peptides comprenant au moins un peptide de la première population ou une séquence d'acide nucléique codant pour ledit peptide, ce qui permet de produire le vaccin contre le cancer et/ou la tumeur d'intérêt. L'invention concerne également des compositions de vaccin et des procédés d'utilisation associés.
