PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing a blend of silicone elastomers which can be used for giving compatibility to organic oils and also to provide a better delivery system for an active component which is usually considered as difficult to dissolve.SOLUTION: This composition contains a blend of (i) a crosslinking elastomeric silicone polyether (or a linear silicone polyether) and (ii) a crosslinking elastomeric silicone containing alkyl groups having 3-40 carbon atoms.
