Le dispositif comporte au moins une unité de fixation (BE) et lunité de fixation respective comporte (a) un élément de fixation (BM) pour la fixation dune partie de la bande de fibres sur la partie du corps et (b) au moins une boucle de fixation (BS) pour le guidage de la bande de fibres dans un axe dun espace tridimensionnel, la boucle de fixation pouvant être fixée sur la partie du corps.
