PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing liquid food which is seasoned with mayonnaise flavor without excessively spoiling physicality or appearance inherent in highly viscous liquid food.
SOLUTION: The method for producing seasoned liquid food includes a process for: adding liquid seasoning containing 1.5-5.0% of an organic acid, 4-20% of the total amount of at least one kind selected from egg, lactic acid fermented egg and lactic acid fermented milk in terms of solid, 1-50% of lipid, and 10-200 parts of the total content (solid equivalent) of the egg, the lactic acid fermented egg and the lactic acid fermented milk based on 100 parts of the lipid and having a viscosity of 0.1-5 Pa s, to to-be-added liquid food having a viscosity of 3-1,000 Pa s and dispersing the liquid food, wherein the addition of the liquid seasoning accounts for 0.01-20 parts based on 100 parts of the to-be-added liquid food.
