Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines antimikrobiell wirkenden KunststoffProduktes, welches als antimikrobiell wirkendes Mittel teilreduziertes Silberorthophosphat enthält. Bei dem Verfahren wird Silberorthophosphat aus wässriger Lösung durch Umsetzung eines Hydrogenphosphats mit einem Silbersalz in Gegenwart einer Hydroxycarbonsäure oder eines Salzes derselben als Dispergiermittel ausgefällt. Anschließend wird die Temperatur erhöht, um die Silberorthophosphatteilchen mit der Hydroxycarbonsäure oder deren Salz als Reduktionsmittel teilweise zu metallischem Silber zu reduzieren.The invention relates to a method for producing an antimicrobial plastic product which contains partially-reduced silver orthophosphate as an antimicrobial agent. In said method, silver orthophosphate is precipitated from an aqueous solution by the reaction of a hydrogen phosphate with a silver salt in the presence of a hydroxycarboxylic acid or of a salt thereof that acts as a dispersing agent. The temperature is subsequently raised in order for a partial reduction of the silver orthophosphate particles to metallic silver to be carried out, using hydroxycarboxylic acid or the salt thereof as a reducing agent.Linvention concerne un procédé pour produire un produit en matière plastique à action antimicrobienne, qui contient comme agent à action antimicrobienne de lorthophosphate dargent partiellement réduit. Selon ce procédé, de lorthophosphate dargent est précipité comme agent dispersant, à partir dune solution aqueuse, par réaction dun phosphate dhydrogène avec un sel dargent en présence dun acide hydrocarboxylique ou dun sel dudit acide. Pour finir, la température est augmentée afin de réduire au moins en partie en argent métallique les particules dorthophosphate dargent, par utilisation comme agent de réduction, dacide hydrocarboxylique ou de son sel.
