PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail protection implement capable of preventing nail deformation caused by an external pressure applied to a nail edge of any one of right/left substantially flat nails, an ingrown nail of the nail edge and the split nail, and capable of repairing and reinforcing the split nail caused by contusion, the external pressure and the onychorrhexis.SOLUTION: A nail protection implement 50A includes: a nail protection part 1 that has a substantially rectangular plate-like shape, is molded into the length at least equal to or more than 1/4 of the width of the nail plate using an elastic material having reinforced flexure resistance that can protect a nail shape from an external pressure compelling it to bently deform from the outside, and that is attached to the nail plate part a hook-like locking part 2 molded integrally or continuously with the nail protection part 1 using an elastic material, the plasticity of which is so adjusted as to prevent split of the nail edge when being hooked, and that can be hooked to a one-side nail edge part 21. The nail protection implement is locked to the one-side nail edge part 21 using the locking part 2, and is used by fixing the nail protection part 1 to the nail plate part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 略平状の爪の、左右いずれか一方の爪縁端部へ加わる外圧を起因とする爪変形および爪縁端の爪郭陥入および爪の割裂を未然に防止でき、且つ、打撲や外圧および爪甲裂症によって発症した爪割裂の補修および補強ができる爪保護具に関する。【解決手段】 外部より湾曲変形を強いる加圧力から爪形を保護できる耐撓曲力を強化された弾性材を用いて、略矩形平板状であって、長手は少なくとも爪甲幅1/4以上の長さに成形され、爪甲部へ着接される爪保護部1と、掛着した際に爪縁の割れを未然に防止できる程度に柔軟性が調整された弾性材を用い、該爪保護部1と一体的または連接的に成形されて成した、片側爪縁部21へ掛着ができるフック状の係止部2と、から成る爪保護具50Aは、片側爪縁部21へ係止部2を用いて係止され、爪甲部へは爪保護部1が固着されて使用される。【選択図】図1
