A dental prosthesis consisting of a fixator and a removable base with artificial teeth is proposed. The retainer is made in the form of a root pin with a patrician, which is fixed on the support tab of the supporting tooth, and the fixation of the removable base is carried out by means of an elastic matrix, which is fixed in it. At the same time, a protective cap is made on top of the pin, in which the patrician is fixed, and the patrician and matrix are elliptically shaped. The technical result is to ensure reliable fixation of the removable prosthesis and to exclude its jamming while simultaneously removing excessive load from the supporting tooth. 5 ill.Предлагается зубной протез, состоящий из фиксатора и съемного базиса с искусственными зубами. Фиксатор выполнен в виде корневого штифта с патрицей, который фиксируется на культевой вкладке опорного зуба, а фиксация съемного базиса осуществляется за счет эластичной матрицы, которая закрепляется в нем. При этом сверху штифта выполняют защитный колпачок, в котором закрепляется патрица, а патрица и матрица выполнены эллиптической формы. Технический результат - обеспечение надежной фиксации съемного протеза и исключения его заклинивания с одновременным снятием чрезмерной нагрузки с опорного зуба. 5 ил.
