The present invention relates to a shovel assembly formed through injection molding, wherein a synthetic resin shovel (A) is formed through injection molding, a lower support rod (22) is formed through injection molding to integrate a shovel blade (10) and a shovel handle (20), an upper support rod (24) is formed through injection molding to integrate a handle (30) and a shovel handle (20), and the lower support rod (22) and the upper support rod (24) are joined by a joint member (40). Accordingly, a shovel assembly according to the present invention is easy to manufacture through injection molding and can be easily manufactured to be light-weight, and the shovel handle (20) fabricated from a synthetic resin is durable and resistant to breakage and slippage during use, and since the shovel handle (20) can be disassembled into two components, namely, the lower support rod (22) which is formed by integrating the joint member (40) and the shovel blade (10), and the upper support rod (24) which is formed by integrating the handle (30), the shovel assembly is easier to store and handle after use.본 발명은 합성수지로 사출 성형하여 구성하는 조립용 삽에 관한 것으로서, 사출 성형으로 합성수지 삽(A)을 구성하되 삽날 본체(10)를 포함하여 삽자루(20)를 구성하는 하부 지지봉(22)을 일체로서 사출 성형되게 구성하고, 손잡이(30)를 포함하여 삽자루(20)를 구성하는 상부 지지봉(24)을 일체로 사출 성형 되게 구성하여 상기 삽자루(20)를 구성하는 하부 지지봉(22)과 상부 지지봉(24)이 체결부재(40)에 의해 끼움 맞춤으로서 조립 결합하도록 구성하여 줌으로써 사출 성형에 따른 제작이 용이하면서 경량화하고, 삽자루(20)를 합성수지로서 성형에 따른 내구성을 강화하여 파손을 최소화하면서 작업시 미끄러짐을 방지하고, 삽자루(20)를 상하로 분리 형성하여 체결부재(40)를 통해 삽날 본체(10)와 일체로 형성된 하부 지지봉(22)에 손잡이(30)와 일체로 형성된 상부 지지봉(24)을 조립 결합하여 줌으로써 사후 취급사용이 용이하게 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
