The net fixing frame comprises: an elbow joint (20) at which synthetic resin pipes (10) forming the contour of a fixing frame (1) are connected to each other and a T joint (40) through which the synthetic resin pipe (10) forming the contour of the fixing frame (1) is penetrated and installed and which is installed across the inside of the fixing frame (1) and connected with a terminal end of a synthetic resin pipe (30). In particular, the elbow joint (20) and the T joint (40) have a dual pipe structure of outer pipes (22a, 24a, 42a) and inner pipes (22b, 24b, 42b) where insertion parts (22, 24, 42) into which terminal ends of the synthetic resin pipes (10, 30) are inserted are radially spaced apart from each other by a thickness of the synthetic resin pipes (10, 30).
