PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device capable of smoothly flowing liquid in a blood circuit to a distribution part and discharging it from a dialysis solution discharge line.SOLUTION: The blood purification device includes: a piping part including a dialysis solution introduction line L1 for introducing a dialysis solution to a dialyzer 1 and a dialysis solution introduction line L2 for discharging the dialysis solution from the dialyzer 1 a communication line La connected to the piping part and a blood circuit and capable of communicating a flow path of the piping part with a flow path of the blood circuit a connection port 14 capable of connecting one end of the communication line La a water removal pump 8 and control means 16. The connection port 14 is disposed on an upstream side of the water removal pump 8 in the piping part.
