PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring apparatus, a blood pressure cuff and a blood pressure measuring method which achieve an accurate measurement of blood pressure along with an inexpensive structure.SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an air bag 8 for blocking blood and the first piping 6 to be connected to a sub air bag 9. The first piping is connected to the sub air bag and further, the sub air bag is connected to the air bag for blocking blood through a bar member 11 which is bendable as a whole while enabling the maintenance of a hollow part.
