The upper part (1) comprises a support plate (3) bordered by two upper caps (4, 5) covering teeth of the maxilla, the upper caps (4, 5) having on their outside face a recess (7) having a curvilinear ramp-shaped rear edge (8). The lower part comprises a hoop (9) bordered by two lower yokes (10, 11) covering teeth of the mandible, the lower yokes (10, 11) having on their outer face a fin (13) of a shape complementary to that of the recess (7).
