PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use by applying the weight applied to one's buttocks so as not to use further physical strength on a tired body, and even elderly people can use it safely and comfortably for a long time. The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the problem. The sole presser is an application of the second lever of the lever principle. It has a point of action between the fulcrum and the point of effort. A hinge (2) serving as a fulcrum is attached to the end of the seat plate (1), and an upper plate (3) is attached to the other surface of the hinge. A pressing convex portion (4) for pressing the sole of the foot, which serves as an action point, is provided in the middle portion of the upper plate (3). Then, the pressurizing portion (5) whose power point is on the side opposite to the trillion number of the upper plate. When the pressure portion (5) is multiplied by one's own weight applied to the buttocks when sitting upright, the pressing convex portion (4) becomes a greater stress on the sole of the foot and gives a pressing stimulus.
