The present invention relates to a skewer skewering apparatus wherein foods such as meat, vegetables and fish are skewered to a skewer for grilled skewer, the invention comprising: a mount； a support installed on an upper part of the mount and having a plurality of seating grooves arranged such that a plurality of skewers are placed； a pusher for applying pressure on a rear of the skewers placed on the mount such that the skewers are moved forward； an operating means for operating the pusher； a receiving frame disposed in a front of the skewers and having a receiving space for holding and storing an object； and a presser having a pressing plate to apply pressure on an upper part of the receiving space wherein the presser is hinged and fixated at one end thereof to a hinge shaft, is mounted to be foldable, thereby, is mounted such that a height of the hinge shaft is lifted and lowered, and thereby, regardless of height difference of objects, the pressing plate of the presser is allowed to apply pressure on the receiving space of the receiving frame in a horizontal position, accordingly, a large amount can be skewered in a short time and in addition, skewers can be precisely skewered to a center of an object even if objects to be skewered are of various sizes.본 발명은 육류나 채소, 어류 등의 음식물을 꼬치구이를 위한 꼬챙이에 꿸 수 있도록 한 꼬치 꽂이장치에 관한 것으로, 장착대와, 장착대의 상부에 장착되되 여러 개의 꼬챙이를 올려놓을 수 있도록 복수의 안착홈이 배열되는 받침대와, 받침대에 올려진 꼬챙이의 후방을 가압하여 꼬챙이를 전방으로 이동시키기 위한 밀대와, 밀대를 작동시키기 위한 가동수단과, 꼬챙이의 전방에 위치되어 대상물을 담아 보관하도록 수납공간이 형성되는 수용틀과, 수납공간의 상부를 가압하기 위한 누름판이 형성된 누름대를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 누름대는 일단이 힌지축으로 고정되어 절첩작동이 이루어지게 장착되면서 힌지축의 높이가 승,하강 되게 장착되어 대상물의 높낮이 편차에 관계없이 누름대의 누름판이 수용틀의 수납공간을 수평으로 가압할 수 있도록 함으로써 짧은 시간에 많은 양을 꼬챙이에 꽂을 수 있음은 물론, 꼬챙이에 꽂아지는 대상물의 크기가 다양한 크기로 이루어질 경우에도 대상물의 정중앙에 정확하게 꼬챙이를 꽂을 수 있도록 한 것이다.
