A municipal concealed-type flowering plant watering apparatus comprising a rectangular groove (1) dug in a roadside bush and a long rod (3) provided at the upper extremity thereof with a guiderail (2). Electric lifting/lowering apparatus (4) are provided on either side of the rectangular groove (1). The long rod (3) is connected at both extremities thereof to the electric lifting/lowering apparatus (4) and can be lifted and lowered along the electric lifting/lowering apparatus (4). Provided on the long rod (3) is a foldable spraying apparatus that can move left and right along the guiderail (2) at the upper extremity of the long rod (3). The foldable spraying apparatus comprises a railcar (5) that can move left and right along the guiderail (2). An electric assembly (6) is provided at the bottom of the railcar (5). The railcar (5) is connected to a vertical rod (8) via a first hinge (7). A water spraying pipe (10) is connected to the top of the vertical rod (8) via a second hinge (9). Also, a water tube (11) connected to the bottom of the groove is provided within the water spraying pipe (10) and the vertical rod (8).
