PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a principle and a device in which the post-processing of a chestnut is boosted, the chestnut cooking becomes simple, and the skin of the chestnut is efficiently scraped off.SOLUTION: A motor shaft 2 is present in the center in a body case tube 1, and is installed so as to be rotated with a forward and reverse switch 10. Thereon, a skin receiving bowl 4 is fitted into the upper part of the body case tube 1. A tray type rotating disc 5 is fitted into the motor shaft from above. Thereon, a glass lid 8 with a chestnut pressing guide plate 7 is placed, and a lid knob 9 in the upper part of the lid is pressed by a lid-pressing handle 3.
