The present invention relates to an active type birds-repelling apparatus based on Internet of Things, and more specifically, to an active type birds-repelling apparatus based on Internet of Things, which is installed a residential structure such as a veranda or a balcony, prevents a bird from landing and excreting or nesting, is automatically operated only when an access of a bird is sensed. According to the present invention, the active type birds-repelling apparatus comprises: an apparatus main body independently installed on an upper-end edge of a residential structure； a power generating unit configured to generate rotational power by receiving power while mounted on the apparatus main body； a rotation driving unit fixed to an upper end of the residential structure and configured to be axially rotated by receiving power while associated with the power generating unit； and a control module unit embedded in the power generating unit and configured to recognize an access of an object to a setting area in the rotation driving unit, determine whether the recognized object is an object or an animal, and drive the power generating unit when the object is determined to be an animal so that the rotation driving unit is automatically operated.본 발명은 사물인터넷 기반 능동형 조류퇴치장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 베란다 또는 발코니 난간 등의 주택구조물 위에 설치하여 새(조류)가 날아앉아 배설(排泄, excretion)하거나 둥지를 틀지 못하도록 하되, 조류의 접근 감지시에만 자동으로 장치작동할 수 있도록 한 사물인터넷 기반 능동형 조류퇴치장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 주택구조물의 상단 가장자리에 독립적으로 설치되는 장치본체； 상기 장치본체에 장착된 상태로, 전력을 공급받아 회전동력을 생성하는 동력발생부； 상기 주택구조물 상단에 고정설치되고, 상기 동력발생부에 연계된 상태로 동력을 전달받아 축회전되는 회전구동부； 및, 상기 동력발생부에 내재되는 한편, 상기 회전구동부 상 설정구역 내 물체의 접근을 인식하고 인식물체가 사물인지 동물인지를 판별하며 판별한 물체가 동물로 판단될 경우 상기 동력발생부를 구동시켜 상기 회전구동부가 자동으로 동작되게 하는 제어모듈부；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
