PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which detects a tomographic region of a subject for which an elastic image is acquired and displays or records an image having the tomographic region of a subject superimposed on a simulated image of a living body.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 includes an elastic image constitution part 34 for generating the elastic image of the tomographic region from a pair of RF signal frame data which is acquired by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves between an ultrasonic probe and the subject 10 and is acquired at different time, a living body simulated image constitution part 54 for generating the simulated image of the living body, a position information sensor 48 for detecting a three-dimensional coordinate position and an attitude of the ultrasonic probe, a coordinate operation part 50 for detecting position information of the tomographic region from the output from the position information sensor, and a tissue displacement detecting part 51 for detecting the displacement of the tissue of the tomographic region. Consequently, the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus displays or records by superimposing an elastic image acquisition mark on a relevant position on the simulated image of the living body from the position information of the tomographic region of the subject when the displacement of the tissue is detected by the tissue displacement detecting part 51.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】弾性画像が取得された被検体の断層部位を検出して、これを生体模擬画像上に重畳した画像を表示或いは記録できる超音波診断装置を実現する。【解決手段】本発明の超音波診断装置1は、被検体10との間で超音波を送受信して得られた取得時刻の異なる一対のRF信号フレームデータに基づいて断層部位の弾性画像を生成する弾性画像構成部34と、生体模擬画像を生成する生体模擬画像構成部54と、超音波探触子の3次元座標位置及び姿勢を検出する位置情報センサ48と、位置情報センサからの出力に基づいて断層部位の位置情報を検出する座標演算部50を備えるとともに、断層部位の組織変位を検出する組織変位検出部51を備えている。よって、組織変位検出部51で組織の変位が検出されたときの被検体の断層部位の位置情報に基づいて生体模擬画像上の該当位置に弾性画像取得マークを重畳して表示或いは記録することができる。【選択図】図1
