The present invention relates to a bipolar electrode for high-frequency heat treatment, more specifically, which comprises: a cylindrical body formed with a first and a second coupling groove in a screw form on the outer circumferential surface separated at predetermined intervals, and formed with a cooling circuit for circulating coolant supplied from a cooling pipe to the inside； an active electrode body connected with a terminal on one side of a high-frequency generator wound multiple times while being inserted and coupled to a first coupling groove of the cylindrical body； and a passive electrode connected with a terminal on the other side of a high-frequency generator wound multiple times while being inserted and coupled to a second coupling groove of the cylindrical body.
