The present invention relates to compressive cryotherapy splints for the hip of a human being who has benefited from an operation, such as a prosthesis implantation or the like. The splint according to the invention is essentially characterized by the fact that it comprises a support 10, a cold accumulation pocket 20 hooked to the support 10, a pocket 40 able to be inflated, this pocket being fixed on the support 10 , the support 10 comprising two parts 10-1 and 10-2 juxtaposed by one of their edges, the portion 10-2 having a length smaller than that of the portion 10-1, and strap means 70, 71 adapted to surround respectively the waist and thigh of the human being. La présente invention concerne les attelles de cryothérapie compressive pour la hanche d'un être humain ayant bénéficié d'une opération, comme une implantation de prothèse ou analogue. L'attelle selon l'invention est essentiellement caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un support 10, une poche d'accumulation de froid 20 accrochée au support 10, une poche 40 apte à être gonflée, cette poche étant fixée sur le support 10, le support 10 comportant deux parties 10-1 et 10-2 juxtaposées par un de leurs bords, la partie 10-2 ayant une longueur plus petite que celle de la partie 10-1, et des moyens de lanière 70, 71 aptes à entourer respectivement la taille et la cuisse de l'être humain.
