The present invention relates to systems, methods, and devices that assist in guiding an endovascular device in a vasculature in an anatomical region of interest in a patient. The system comprises an imaging device suitable for capturing a three-dimensional image of a part of a patient's body, a programmable device and a display unit. The imaging device is suitable for capturing a plurality of partially superimposed fluoroscopic images of the anatomical region of interest, and the programmable device provides a complete panorama of bone in the anatomical region of interest. It is configured to cooperate with an imaging device to form a first augmented image that is represented and to obtain a second augmented image that includes a display of vascular structures in the anatomical region of interest. The imager is configured to capture a new fluoroscopic image, referred to as a portion of the current fluoroscopic image in the anatomical region of interest, and the programmable device is configured to capture the current fluoroscopic image for the first augmented image.
