PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of grasping a measurement position of a physiological index on a blood vessel image, a medical image diagnostic device and a blood pressure monitor.SOLUTION: The image processing device relating to an embodiment includes an identification part, and a display control part. The identification part identifies an acquisition position of an index about blood flow on an image including blood vessels collected by a medical image diagnostic device.
