PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, and an information processing method and program capable of evaluating an arbitrary motion component of a dynamic body based on the result of observation by a sensor.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: an input part for inputting first vibration information observed from a dynamic body a generation part for generating second vibration information based on a periodic function including one or more parameters modelling a periodic motion of the dynamic body and an estimation part for estimating the parameters based on the result of comparison between the first vibration information input by the input part and the second vibration information generated by the generation part.
