The present invention relates to a walk rehabilitation device comprises: a basic frame； a first link rotationally connected to the basic frame and fixed to a thigh of a user； a second link rotationally connected to the first link and fixed to a calf of the user； a third link having one end connected to a first joint which revolves around a reference axis, and the other end connected to the first link； and a fourth link having one end connected to a second joint having a revolution orbit larger than the orbit of the first joint and revolving around the reference axis, and the other end connected to the second link. Movement of the first link and the second link that simulates an actual movement of a leg necessary for walking is performed by a relative movement of the third link and the fourth link as the first joint and the second joint revolve at the same revolution cycle.보행 재활 장치는 기초 프레임과, 상기 기초 프레임에 회전 가능하게 연결되며 사용자의 허벅지에 고정되는 제1 링크와, 상기 제1 링크에 회전 가능하게 연결되며 사용자의 종아리에 고정되는 제2 링크와, 기준 축(axis) 주위를 공전 운동하는 제1 조인트에 일단이 연결되고, 상기 제1 링크와 타단이 연결되는 제3 링크와, 상기 제1 조인트의 공전 궤도보다 큰 공전 궤도를 가지고 상기 기준 축 주위를 공전 운동하는 제2 조인트에 일단이 연결되고, 상기 제2 링크와 타단이 연결되는 제4 링크를 포함하고, 상기 제1 조인트와 상기 제2 조인트가 동일한 공전 주기로 공전 운동함에 따른 상기 제3 링크와 상기 제4 링크의 상대 이동에 의해, 보행에 필요한 다리의 실제 움직임을 모사하는 상기 제1 링크 및 상기 제2 링크의 동작이 이루어진다.
