This microneedle patch applying device is provided with: a movable cylinder one end of which has an opening portion provided with a catch or a screw for fitting a microneedle patch case； a case body linked to the other end of the movable cylinder； a piston disposed movably in the direction of the opening portion of the movable cylinder, inside the case body； a slide which causes the piston to slide in the opposite direction to the direction of the opening portion； a slide lock which locks the sliding of the slide in said opposite direction； a spring which applies an impact to the piston by means of the sliding in said opposite direction and the locking thereof； a safety shaft which prevents release of the slide lock； and a trigger which is interlocked with the safety shaft.
