PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic giving healthy hair with firmness and elasticity while having nonsticky and smooth feeling, further giving coherent feeling of results.SOLUTION: A hair cosmetic is formulated with (A) a (meth)acrylic silicone-based graft copolymer, (B) an amino-modified silicone, (C) polyoxyalkylene alkylglucoside and (D) a monohydric lower alcohol. The component (A) is a polymer obtained by copolymerizing a compound of general formula (I) with other three kinds of radically polymerizable monomers, and the (meth)acrylic silicone-based graft copolymer dissolves by 50 mass% or more in 99.5% ethanol at 25°C.
