The prosthesis has a rigid body (1) in which artificial left and right ventricles (2, 8) and hydraulic actuators (7, 13) are arranged. The ventricle (2) has a flexible membrane that is separated into a blood and hydraulic fluid chambers (4, 5). The ventricles are arranged in asymmetric V such that the ventricles are brought together while spacing away from connection orifices (6, 12) of the respective ventricles. The actuators are associated respectively to the ventricles and are arranged with respect each other on a side of the ventricle (2).
