PURPOSE: A mineral solution without harmful heavy metals, and a producing method thereof are provided to use the solution as a bactericidal disinfectant, a feed additive, or a drinking water additive for antibiotic-free livestock. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a mineral solution without harmful heavy metals comprises the following steps: mixing 30-40wt% of biotite powder, 3-7wt% of elvan powder, 3-7wt% of illite powder, 10-20wt% of silica powder, and 30-50wt% of sodium carbonate anhydride； maintaining the temperature inside a blast furnace at 1,000-1,500 deg. C, and slowly inserting the mixture into the blast furnace while heating the blast furnace at 1,600-1,800 deg. C； maintaining the temperature of the blast furnace for more than 2 hours, and discharging the mixture to a special steel material container； and naturally cooling the mixture at room temperature for more than 4 hours.본 발명은 다양한 미네랄 원소를 풍부하게 함유하고 있는 광물질을 이용한 미네랄 수용액 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 흑운모광분 30.0~40.0 중량%, 맥반석분 3.0~7.0 중량%, 일라이트분 3.0~7.0 중량%, 규석분 10.0~20.0 중량% 및 무수탄산나트륨(Na₂CO₃) 30.0~50.0 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미네랄 수용액과 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 미네랄 수용액은 인체에 유해한 중금속이 전혀 포함되지 않은 천연물질로 무항생제 가축의 살균 소독제, 사료 첨가제 및 음수 첨가제로 사용될 수 있다.
