FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, and can by applied for oral cavity hygiene. For this purpose each of the following stages is performed one time per day: A) teeth and surfaces of oral cavity are cleaned with antibacterial fluorine-containing preparation for teeth cleaning, which contains i) source of tin ions in quantity effective for antibacterial action, ii) source of fluorine ions in quantity effective for anti-caries action, and iii) one or several linear polyphosphates with average chain length 4 or more. B) Oral cavity is rinsed with antibacterial dental elixir, which contains i) one antibacterial substance with quaternary ammonium or their mixture in quantity, sufficient for delivery of 300 parts per million of antibacterial substance with bio-accessible quaternary ammonium, and ii) pharmaceutically acceptable liquid carrier, which contains larger part of water and polyatomic alcohol humidifier from approxinately 5% to approximately 30% by weight of composition. C) Interdental, gingival and sub-gingival areas of oral cavity are processed by device for itradental space care, selected from dental floss, toothpick, dental tape and brush for intradental spaces, with stage c) being performed immediately before or immediately after one or both stages a) and b), and one of stages a) and b) is carried out before going to bed, with application of electrical tooth brush for cleaning.
