The present invention relates to a squid drying apparatus which is enhanced in structure so that squid can be efficiently dried with minimum labor without being restricted by the weather. The squid drying apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a support base on which a squid as a drying target is placed and moved along a circulation path； a plurality of air sprayers for spraying air toward the squid so that the squid moved along the circulation path is dried； and a blocking film installed in the circulation path and partitioning the space on the circulation path.본 발명은 날씨의 제약을 받지 않고, 최소한의 노동력으로 효율적으로 오징어를 건조할 수 있도록 구조가 개선된 오징어 건조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 오징어 건조장치는 건조대상물인 오징어가 놓이며, 순환 경로를 따라 이동되는 지지대와, 순환 경로를 따라 이동되는 오징어가 건조되도록, 오징어를 향하여 공기를 분사하는 복수의 공기분사기와, 순환 경로에 설치되며, 순환 경로 상의 공간을 구획하는 차단막을 포함한다.
