This stre·ss would be of a major impact in every human life which would affect them mentally day by day. Stress causes mental illness and even frustration that ultimately leads a person to a situation of committing I suicide. Many people commit suicide due to the stress developed owing to fear of facing their problematic I I I situations. This Stress can be minimized by some of the techniques that are prescribed by Psychiatrists such as muscular relaxation and cognitive behavioral skills. A major disadvantage of these methods are the they arent capable of monitoring the stress level on daily basis and also tliey cannot progress the I I I stress factor· reduction of a person. Now in our project we aim in interfacing those methods that are I I prescribed by doctors electronically through ANDROID APP that helps the user to reduce the stress factor that they are facing in their daily life and also monitor the stress factor of a person that can save millions of valuable human life.
