Для этого измеряют температуру в зоне оперативного вмешательства. Дополнительно измеряют температуру в расположенной на 2,5-3,5 см выше середины паховой связки точке сравнения контрлатерально. При повышении температуры в точке в зоне оперативного вмешательства более чем на 1°С по сравнению с температурой точки сравнения и сохранении данного изменения в течение 1 суток делают заключение о высокой вероятности нагноения раны. При понижении температуры не менее чем на 1°С по сравнению с температурой точки сравнения и сохранении данного изменения в течение 1 суток делают заключение о высокой вероятности развития осложнений, обусловленных нарушением артериального кровоснабжения яичка и тканей в зоне пластики.
