The method for extracting a sublingual vein region includes the steps of: obtaining a color image and an infrared image for the lower end of a tongue in a state in which the end of the tongue of a user is attached to upper teeth and providing an image for one or more sublingual veins selected from a clinician after extracting the sublingual vein flowing in the lower end of the tongue by using a central line for distinguishing one or more blood vessels included in the obtained color and infrared images.
