The present disclosure relates to novel pharmaceutical compositions comprising ceritinib. Specifically, the present disclosure is directed to tablets prepared by wet granulation using povidone as a binder. A further feature of the composition is that the drug and the binder form an internal phase and all other additives are added as an external phase in powder form.
