The present disclosure relates to a new pharmaceutical composition comprising Ceritinib. Particularly it is directed to the tablet that is prepared by wet granulation, wherein povidone is used as a binder. Further feature of the composition is that the drug and the binder form the inner phase, whereas all other excipients are added in a powder form as an outer phase. This way, the sticking of the composition is prevented and sufficient tablet hardness can be reached.本發明係關於一種包含色瑞替尼(Ceritinib)的新穎醫藥組合物。特定言之，本發明係關於藉由濕法製粒所製備之錠劑，其中係使用聚維酮作為黏合劑。該組合物之其他特徵係該藥物及該黏合劑形成內相，而所有其他賦形劑係以粉末形式添加作為外相。依此方式，可防止該組合物之黏連且可達到足夠的錠劑硬度。
