This invention provides a microneedle sheet having microneedles that fit on the surface of skin.The microneedle sheet includes a sheet-shaped base member (10), a plurality of first microneedles (20) spaced from each other and disposed at a predetermined position of the surface of the base member (10), and a second microneedle (30) of which the length of needle is longer than the first microneedle (20) and which is disposed on the surface of the base member (10) in a residual area of the area provided with the first microneedle (20). At least a tip portion to be inserted into skin of each of the first microneedle (20) and the second microneedle (30) is formed by a substance containing medicine and having solubility in within the body.
