The present invention relates to a lens filter adapter. More particularly, the present invention relates to a lens filter adapter which can effectively improve a lens function for a retina examination according to a type of an exchange filter inserted through a lens installation unit to which the lens for a retina examination is fixed and a filter receiving unit into which the exchange filter capable of performing a desired function is inserted. Therefore, the costs of purchasing the existing lens for a retina examination on which a filter is coated can be reduced, and a lens for a retina examination with an improved function of photographing a wide range of a retina or the like can be provided, thereby more effectively examining the retina. In addition, by connecting to a camera or a mobile terminal or the like through a coupling line unit, a retina image with the resolution like photographing with an expensive camera for photographing fundus of eyes can be photographed.본 발명은 렌즈 필터 어댑터에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 원하는 기능의 역할이 가능한 교환 필터가 삽입되는 필터 수용부 및 망막 검사용 렌즈가 고정되는 렌즈 장착부를 통해서, 삽입되는 교환 필터에 종류에 따라 상기 망막 검사용 렌즈 기능이 효과적으로 강화될 수 있다.이에, 종래의 필터가 렌즈상의 코팅된 망막 검사용 렌즈의 구매에 따른 비용의 절감이 가능하며, 광범위한 망막의 촬영 등의 기능이 향상된 망막 검사용 렌즈의 제공이 가능한바, 망막을 보다 효과적으로 검사가 가능할 수 있다.또한, 체결끈부를 통해서, 카메라 또는 모바일 단말기등과 연결하여 고가의 안저 촬영 카메라와 같은 해상도의 망막 영상의 촬영이 가능할 수 있다.
