A deodorant composition for shoes and a deodorant sheet structure thereof are provided. The deodorant is formed by mixing 10% of sodium carbonate and 90% of aluminum potassium sulphate decahydrate and is a deodorant for shoes having good mildness and exhibiting stable deodorizing effects. The deodorant sheet structure is made by adhering and pressing an upper covering layer (1) and a lower covering layer (2) together to form a plurality of accommodation spaces (3) with a deodorizing agent (4) loaded inside each of the accommodation spaces (3). A bottom surface of the lower covering layer (2) is disposed with a plurality of anti-slip particles (20), and the accommodation spaces (3) protrude upwards slightly.
