A cultivation method for an aquatic animal is disclosed, which comprises the steps of: firstly preparing an enclosed cultivation water body, a cultivation floating bed that is disposed above the enclosed cultivation water body, and a plant that is cultivated on the cultivation floating bed to allow root thereof immersing in the enclosed cultivation water body and releasing the aquatic animal and feeding material to the enclosed cultivation water body to form a stable ecological chain between the aquatic animal and the plant.
