SOLUTION: In the seedling planting machine having a seedling supplying stand 3 for receiving and supplying the seedling tray 2 for seedling raising in which the seedling raising pots are arranged and a seedling take-off apparatus 6 for supplying pot seedlings N to seedling cups 5 of a cup conveyor 4 while taking out the pot seedlings from the seedling tray 2, this seedling supplying apparatus is characterized in that in the seedling take-off apparatus 6, mutual seedling intervals between a great number of pot seedlings N simultaneously taken out from seedling raising pots of each arrangement are set expandably and contractibly.
