PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device and a puncture method which reduce a burden on a patient, exhibits high safety of the patient, and are capable of easily embedding an indwelling object for supporting a biological tissue into a living body.SOLUTION: A puncture device 1 comprises: two puncture needles 71 and 81 provided turnably a divided piece 31 put on the puncture needle 71 and a divided piece 32 put on the puncture needle 81.
