PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device and a puncture method which reduce a burden on a patient, improve safety of the patient, and are capable of easily embedding an indwelling object for supporting a biological tissue into a living body.SOLUTION: A puncture device 1 comprises: a puncture needle 71 which is provided turnably and is curved a puncture needle 81 which is provided turnably and is curved and a turning operation part which makes the puncture needle 71 be linked with the puncture needle 81 and turns the puncture needle 71 and the puncture needle 81 in different directions.
