The present invention relates to a method for producing a scaffold for substituting derma, and a scaffold for substituting derma produced by the method. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: (1) producing an aqueous collagen solution by dissolving collagen derived from duck feet in an aqueous acid solution (2) freezing the aqueous collagen solution (3) producing a collagen sponge by primarily freeze-drying the frozen aqueous collagen solution in the step (2) and (4) removing acid components from the collagen sponge, and then secondarily freeze-drying the same.
