Described herein are combination pharmaceutical compositions including a combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic therapeutic agents (i.e., drugs) that are assembled together with excipients under specific conditions, forming a homogeneous pharmaceutical powder with unified repetitive multi-drug motif (MDM) structure.
