A tooling method for tooling a guiding portion of a surgical guide by a tooling machine is provided. The tooling machine includes a platform and at least one measuring device on the platform. The tooling method includes following steps. Placing at least three positioning elements in the surgical guide. Acquiring a first coordinate data of the guiding portion relative to the positioning elements. Disposing the surgical guide on the platform. Acquiring a second coordinate data of the positioning elements relative to a reference point of the platform by the measuring device. Integrating the first and the second coordinate data to define a tooling coordinate data of the guiding portion relative to the reference point.
