The device (200) replaces the handlebar assembly (50), the hoods (60) being coupled to the device (200), said device (200) providing an interface between the fork (20) and the hoods (60), and the device (200) allowing movement of the position of the hoods (60) in a longitudinal direction (X), in a vertical direction (Y) and in a transverse direction (Z), and at a tilt angle (±), to a suitable position of the cyclist on the bicycle (100).
