The invention relates to a film-coated compressed tablet with modified release of the active substance containing 35 mg of trimetazidine dichlorohydrate, which releases the active substance for a period of 12 hours from the administration of the compressed tablet by using non-matrix components of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydrogenated cottonseed oil in a mass ratio of 1/0.02 ... 0.08, while the active substance represents at most 15% from the compressed tablet mass, preferably 13.06 % and to a process for preparing the film-coated compressed tablet with modified release of the trimetazidine dichlorohydrate.Invenţia se referă la un comprimat filmat, cu eliberare modificată a substanţei active conţinând 35 mg diclorhidrat de trimetazidină, care eliberează substanţa activă pe o perioadă de 12 h de la momentul administrării comprimatului, prin utilizarea componentelor nematriceale hidroxipropilmetilceluloză şi ulei hidrogenat din seminţe de bumbac, aflate în raport masic de 1/0,02...0,08, iar substanţa activă reprezintă cel mult 15% din masa comprimatului, de preferinţă 13,06%, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a comprimatului filmat, cu eliberare modificată a diclorhidratului de trimetazidină.
