Disclosed is a cosmetic preparation for hair constituted as a hair dye or an agent for bleaching or removing dye from hair comprising a plurality of agents, which is applied to the hair in the form of a foam obtained by mixing a powdered agent and a liquid agent and creating a foam through shaking.
